Dr. Caroline C. Kaufman is a licensed adolescent and adult clinical psychologist with a small private practice.

Dr. Kaufman earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology from The University of Memphis and completed her predoctoral internship/residency in Adolescent Psychology at Yale University School of Medicine/Yale-New Haven Hospital. She is a current psychologist at McLean Hospital and instructor at Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Kaufman has delivered clinical services in a variety of settings, including outpatient, partial hospital, pediatric, intensive outpatient, and school settings. She has expertise providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of presenting concerns, including depression, anxiety, OCD, personality disorders, and other “problems in living.” She has specific expertise in gender identity and diversity among adolescents given her training as a Fellow at the Yale Gender Program at Yale-New Haven Hospital.
